Plants in Space

Overview

Growing plants in confined areas is vital for space exploration and essential to producing food in our changing world. For the Plants in Space Investigation Stations, student teams will help NASA better understand the germination of space seeds and what is necessary to keep plants alive in a microgravity environment for 30 days.
