Redesign of the HUNCH ISS Galley Table Leaf Latch system

Objective: Redesign the HUNCH ISS Gally Table Leaf Latch to be easier to manufacture, or preferably be assembled using Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) parts with the intent for it be used on Gateway or Moon to Mars version of the Gally Table.

Key Features:

• Identify COTSs parts requiring little to no modification.
• Use aerospace approved materials.
• Easily operated by one hand, but still utilizes a locking feature that prevents accidental disengagement of the locking mechanism.
